Three Summer Salsas

You're getting three for one! And of course non of these salsas are traditional, we gave our own fun twist to create three delicious salsas that you'll be whipping up in no time.

Ingredients
  

Strawberry & Mint Salsa

  • 1 1/2 cup strawberries diced (about 200 grams)
  • 1/2 avocado diced
  • 1 handful mint chopped
  • 1 to taste lime
  • to taste salt and pepper

Black Bean Salsa

  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 handful cilantro chopped
  • 1 to taste lime
  • to taste salt and pepper

Spicy Watermelon Salsa

  • 1 1/2 cup watermelon diced (about 200 grams)
  • 1/2 avocado diced
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1 hot pepper of coice (optional)
  • 1 handful basil chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 to taste lime
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • To create the three salsas basically mix for each recipe the ingredients in a bowl and you're ready to go. Enjoy
