3 Ingredient - Hazelnut/Cacao Bars
Easy and healthy raw food bars, that only require 3 ingredients!
- 1 cup raw hazelnuts
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 cup soft dates
Soak the raw hazelnuts for about 7 hours or overnight and drain them. Dry the nuts and throw them in a food processor. Pulse the nuts a couple of times and then add the dates and cacao powder.
Process until everything comes together. Place everything on a piece of parchment paper and press it into a rectangle shape. You can top them with some crushed hazelnuts (optional).
Now place the bar in the freezer until it sets and you can cut it into little bars.
