Lately I’ve been seeing a lot of whipped feta dishes pop up on my timeline and for you page. Here is a vegan whipped feta to meet your cravings. Oh, and it will only cost you 10 minutes max.
We love a good dip over here so we could let this one slide. It’s literally one of the easiest things you’ll ever make. Great to serve at parties, small functions or to enjoy just by yourself, like I did. I also added some white beans in the dip itself for some added protein.
As always I invite you to follow the recipe or tweak it to your own liking. You can for example add some pickled jalapeños in the mix for some extra heat and tanginess. Or try adding some herbs to the dip.
Customising your vegan whipped feta
I chose to top this vegan whipped feta with some vegan bacon. The smokiness of the plant-based bacon really finishes the dish for me. Of course this is optional with endless options of toppings. I also added some chioggia and yellow beets for some sweetness and crunch.
You can play round with different herbs like basil or some toasted seeds like sesame and pumpkin seeds. Another alteration could be swapping the gochujang for a small cooked beet to make a pink dip. At the end of the day this is your dip so go nuts with it.
Let me know how you liked this dip and stay tuned for new recipes coming soon. And if you can’t wait I’ve got a delicious warming lentil soup to keep you warm and cozy.
